Founder, CEO & BIM Architect
Jesús Perucho Alcalde is a Madrid‑born architect and BIM specialist. He studied High Rise building at IIT in Chicago, graduated from the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid in 2003, is a chartered member of COAM and RIBA, and later earned a Global MBA from IEB Business School.
Perucho spent four years at Foster + Partners in London coordinating the BIM model for Mexico’s New International Airport, and then joined Bryden Wood as Associate Digital Delivery Information Manager. He later served as Senior BIM Consultant at AECOM, leading BIM implementation for Spain’s rail authority and coordinating the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi project, worked in BIM for Interior Design projects with Bergman Design House. Projects like Red Sea Global Laheq, Synchro Montenegro, and NEOM Epicon Hotel and Resort. In 2025 he has been the BIM Manager with DMAA for the Masterplan of NEOM The Line.
He now runs Bim+partners (1Auno), providing digital consultancy and overseeing interior design work for Saudi Arabia’s NEOM development. His work has earned recognition such as the Autodesk AEC Excellence Award (2017) and the Advanced Architecture Projects prize at REBUILD 2018.
